Questions

What is an agent skill?

A SKILL.md file of instructions the agent loads when a task calls for it. It changes how the agent works, not what it is allowed to do.

How do I use a skill?

Type it as a slash command in the composer, such as /create-pr, or describe the task and Metaphor loads the right skill itself.

Can I write my own skills?

Yes. Ask the agent to use the create-skill skill, or add a SKILL.md under ~/.metaphor/skills.
